I tried to start the truck.....it attempts to fire but never runs. I am not sure of the ICP location. If it is behind the turbo, I need to remove something to get my arm down there. It is late, cold and raining all over me. For tonight it is Truck 1-Sam 0.....

Benny, that 2nd pick looks like a sensor on this truck. Thank you.

So its in the passenger side valve cover
Great unplug it and try to start PCM will use a Default value
Note the condition of ICP Plug if there any oil on it the sensor needs replaced
I dont think you will get off this easy as bad ICP but never know

That's because the 2nd pic that Benny posted IS that of an ICP sensor on a 7.3L engine.

Here what I would Check
ICP
ICPV
IPR%
RPM
Volts
FICM MP
FICM LP
FICM VP
FICM Sync
CMP/CKP SYNC
V-REF
FPW ( Fuel Pulse Width)
Check at KOEO and also at CRANK
Tim helped me this morning and here is the data we received. The first value will be KOEO and the second value will be Cranking.
ICP 26 1555
ICPV .20 1.80
IPR% 14.4 42.1
RPM 0 146
Volts 12.5 10.5
FICM MP 48 33 down to 15 while cranking
FICM LP 12.5 10.5
FICM VP 12.5 10.5
FICM SYNC 0 1
V-REF/CVI 4 4
FPW 0 2040
I hope this info is helpful. Tim believes the problem is the FICM due to the low voltage reading while cranking.

Tim mentioned someone by the name of Ed to repair the FICM. Anybody know how I can contact Ed?
