I continued to drain both filter locations after each test drive. I cannot tell you exactly how much water was in there though. The light is out and that's a plus.
I will finish cleaning the EGR and see if the truck starts.
This 6.0 is so much more difficult than the 7.3. Special fuel gauge, CPS is a pain to get to. Glow plug unit doesn't seem to be able to be bypassed.

Buddy, I hate to tell you this. It's not getting any simpler either. If you think the 6.0L is much more difficult than your 7.3L, you haven't seen anything yet. The 6.4L and 6.7L are much more complex with their two EGR coolers, diesel particulate filters and two cooling systems, not to mention the SCR system on the 6.7L trucks. And if you think it's tight inside the engine compartment of a 6.0L, look under the hood of one of the two newer models I just mentioned above.
You made me laugh out loud. I was a mechanic for 10 years and got a bad back. I have been in communications since 1997 and I don't miss wrenching that much. I am blessed that I don't see all of the new stuff.

The 6.0L and 7.3L are Very close in how they are built shure theres alittle diffrence the 6.0L just a Enhanced 7.3L
Whats a Special Fuel Gauge???
The Crank sensor is a PIA Yes BTW is labeled CKP
CPS can get confussing IDK if you mean Cam or Crank sensor
Why would you want to Bypass the Glow Plugs
Without the Glow Plugs its going to be Even HARDER to Start
This 6.0L is one of the Last Owner Freindly Autos they way things are going is you wont even be able to change the Air Filter on a Newer Model without Syncing the New part to the PCM the air filter maybe exempt BUT its already starting to go this way you cant just install New injectors in a 6.7L without Syncing them up and I shure Every electronic component will be like this shortly. The Manufactures will Corner the Repair Market and this is how they will do it or you could buy a 5-10K computer to sync your own parts LOL
This 6.0L is a Good Truck Hell Both Mike and Cheezit BOTH of which are Ford Techs and they drive them
Benny, I was referring to jumping the posts as on my GPR in case the glow plug control module was bad. I plugged in the block heater to eliminate the worry of glow plugs working or not. The cam position sensor is what I was referring to LOL

I seee well the 6.0L has a Better GP system than 7.3L
Some more noteworthy information to add. If the EGR valve is in fact faulty, cleaning the carbon off will usually give you a 50/50 chance that it will function properly again. Due to the fact that no P1335 DTC set, tells me the position sensor inside the valve is still good, but does not necessarily mean the valve will open fast enough under varying conditions.
Second of all, it might be worthwhile monitoring FICM_M voltage data on a scanner that will give you access to view. Check it at key-on/engine-off and while cranking the engine over attempting to start the engine. You should see about 47.5 to 49.0 volts under all conditions. If at any time, it drops below 40 to let's say 30s, the FICM needs to be tossed and replaced. A faulty FICM will definitely give you a hard/no-start. This wasn't mentioned before, because you didn't mention any DTCs of P0611 and/or all eight injector circuits low, which is what USUALLY happens when a FICM has failed.
Lastly, I doubt that FICM SYNC/SYNC is your issue here, nor is anything in the high pressure oil system, since you mention it "tries" to start in all your attempts, which tells me the PCM is actually commanding the injectors to fire.
