Furthermore, is there any fuel in the secondary fuel filter housing when you remove the cap? Cycle the ignition key from OFF to RUN once and then remove the cap. If the housing is empty of fuel, it definitely sounds like your HFCM needs replaced. During every key-on cycle, fuel is supposed to fill up the secondary fuel filter housing RAPIDLY and NOT bleed back down. It should remain in the housing even after the fuel pump stops running.

really need a Gauge that reads Live Data to get anywhere with this truck

I use ScanGaugeII buy it from Autozone has everything you Need Just have to program the Gauges when you get it I have fixed my truck several times with it it paid for itself many times over now

Others use DashBoss but takes smartphone and Wireless OBDII Adapter it takes more to set up but Also Does what you need it to the display is Nicer

The best thing is AE With Ford Enhanced data best thing for a DIYer its 360.00 from Riff Raff Diesel goes to your computer it will give the ability to control the truck for specific testing

Just saw your Post Tim that would be Awesome if you did that Reps to you if it will let me


I kinda thinking like Mike the truck sounds like almost starts so maybe FICM maybe a HPO Leak

I have saw 1 or 2 trucks here that had enough HPO Pressure For the PCM to command the FICM to Fire the injectors but not enough HPO Pressure to Start it if that makes sense

Sam is tomorrow OK? I know it's church and all but I. Work 40 + a week and have to work next Sat. So time is pretty tight for me.

It fills the bowl very quickly with fuel as well.

Late 04 this is the only sensor in the Passengerside Valve cover



and depending what one you have will tell use what type HPO System you have
