1999 Explorer cold starting problem!
I have a 1999 Explorer with a 4.0 engine and when it gets cold it has trouble starting. It will click for a while and then start, but when it is warm I have no problem starting it. Any help would be appreciated.

The clicking that you are referring to, is that a rapid series of clicks from the starter relay or solenoid? That sounds indicative of a weak battery or a poor/loose connection to one of the battery cables.
How old is the battery?

Since the battery is pretty new, start by making sure the battery cable connections are clean and tight. But, I wouldn't rule out the battery just because it's pretty new. If you have a multimeter it should be pretty easy to test.
