Some electronic components, diodes are a good example, can be self healing when they cool off thus making some troubleshooting very diff. if the right conditions are not present.

Bullitt390. You are right. I still takes longger to start when warm. Going to have Diesel specialist in Green Bay do the HPOP fittings.
