Does anyone have a measurement from bump stop to stock (non sagging) spring for the front?
It's very unlikely anyone can provide that info. Not unless they've JUST swapped in a new set of OEM springs, which is VERY unlikely since if they're going to go to the effort of swapping in new springs, a person will undoubtedly opt for a better set of springs. Plus, the youngest Excursion is 7 years old, so any Excursion you could find with a stock setup will be sagging.
And don't the V codes go on a Superduty? I don't quite get what you are asking.
Correct Brent, V codes were factory OEM on some 250/350 SuperDuty trucks.
The OP has sagging front springs. He wants to know how much they are sagging, so he's hoping someone has the non-sagging measurement for an OEM 4x4 Excursion.
He also wants to know what the measurements are for an Ex with newly installed V codes.
Brand new off the lot, I recall the spring pad being 1.5 inches off the front bumpstop. Maybe I'm dreamin' but that's what I remember. When I changed 'em out to some used V springs (at 150K or so), I had about 1/2 between the well used bumpstop and a very shiny spring pad. With the V's that distance increased to 1.75".

No way...you are NOT that ****, are you Sean? You actually got under the truck and measured the distance when it was new? What wild hair made you arbitrarily measure THAT distance?!?!?
If I didn't know you better, I'd say you were pulling our leg!
Lol, I bought it in northern IL and had this crazy idea I could stop rust... A week after buying I was down there in coveralls on my back (in February) with a tube of grease and rubber gloves goin' over all the exposed surfaces. I think I went through 2 tubes of Farm & Fleet's finest chassis grease...

Thank You that is exactly what I was looking for. There are way to many variables when folks start measuring to the wheel well or moldings. Measuring the gap at the bump stop is about as direct as it gets.
I can just get my finger between my bump stop and "shiny spot". I did not want to over lift them with V codes. It looks as if my rear springs have been changed already. V codes should give me about 1.5" over where I currently set.
