well I may just have to hook my hydralic pacesetter back up and try it out
I was on a job a couple of days ago and a customer asked me what I thought the difference was between older models and the new improved version. I said the biggest difference is the new ones cost more and are less reliable.
Just open the brake line that comes into the controller with pressure on the back petal to remove the air just like bleeding brake lines at the wheel cylinders.
Has anyone had a bad experience with customer service from any controller supplier? Since this an issue of liability in the event of an accident, I have always had great customer support or a new controller pronto. The other side of that coin is, if you call in and they don't solve the problem, they are facing a major problem if there is an accident.
Steve
Ya got a point there Steve..... but as I haven't had anything BUT Tekonsha, I can't say.... and they have been the ONLY manufacturer I had direct contact with. I CAN say they handled my problems handily, quickly and without cause for concern.
