Joe is one hell of a guy and I'd love to meet him and buy him a beer. He's run more turbo setups than most people have seen.

He also did a LOT of research when it came to tuning and I'll leave it at that.

Arguing with him, however, is kinda like this:

No no no Donkey - Family Guy - YouTube

But in all fairness he hasn't changed his opinion on anything and I've gone from being a new guy who followed the crowd not liking him to actually being open to what he had to say and learning a lot and gaining a lot of respect for him.

Oh man. BAD comparison. I haven't met Joe...although I'm sure we'd get along for a few minutes. However, others HAVE met Joe and say that he's a good guy. I'm just an *******.

Not all flavors are sweet. What would nachos be without some spice?

I appreciate both Cody's and Joe's as well as any one else's perspective. As David said, the world would be but boring and bland without opinions and differences.

Forums wouldn't exist if we all did exactly the same thing to our vehicles, there would be no need, we would all do the same thing, and walk off the same cliffs.

And I bet your not as much of an ******* as you say you are.

Cody, The comparison wasn't about personality, but rather what we in the military refer to as being tactically and technically correct. And I also doubt your an *******. I wish we could all sit around a camp fire with a beer and talk. A lot of good people here, probably make some life long friends.

If it was that bland I think we would all be driving prius's. lol

Personally I couldn't care less what anyone says on here, how they act, what have you. If I don't like the post or whatever I just don't read it or after reading just laugh and forget about it.

When you have a gathering of more than 10 people you are going to have all sorts of personalities, opinions, ideas, and differing knowledge which both sides may both be right. Its just how the world is. Personally I'm not totally fond of the do-good-ers that try or think they can straiten every person out and have them behave how they want them too. Its just diversity, accept it, learn to work or read around it if you don't like it.

I appreciate the input from all of you members... Not what I was getting at, but its good to hear.

I figured I would not hear from the moderators that have such issues with me, see the issues I seem to have on this site have come from a very specific few moderators and for some reason they will not let it go, or even take the opportunity to chat with me about them.

They just throw up a red flag in the moderator section every time I so much as let out a fart.

See... Bet there is another thread up there about me now, and my mention of said "fart" in the open.

Not sure how I want to proceed... I'm not known for backing down, but I do find myself logged on to this forum every day...

FYI... I have a link to Isspro in my sig at every site... Well every site I am a member of. Even IB, this is not an issue with IB...

At times.... the member themselves are the ones in control of their own destiny...and JOE YOU ARE NOW IN CONTROL...he knows he cannot stop the chain pulling...so he makes his own path.

Sad as it is ...this is not about how much he contributes...this is about him.

Joe pull your head out.

NO one ....tell me I do not know him...he is a friend of mine and a damn smart man....However...I have a forum to run first!

Joe,

I think you've badmouthed most of the favorite vendors around, and not just on this forum. You've argued with other members who tried to defend their favorite sponsors and pissed off several, or gotten them to the point where they try to get you riled up to start something, and not just on this forum.

None of this is anything new, so why the tinfoil hat stuff? You're a moderator and know how this stuff works. If I had to guess, I'd say you've probably been warned more than everyone else in this thread combined over the years. That never seemed to bother you that much before. What's got your panties in a wad this time? (And I mean that in a friendly way )

You know, you may actually have it backwards. Of all the diesel tech's I've talked to, they all seem to agree how the forums are full of (I'll say issues since I know Tim's watching ) We all learn and repeat what we've seen online, which are not always based on fact.

You changed your original post after I read and quoted it so you're correct I didn't read it before I posted.

I quoted the entire post as it was when I read it. It is now drastically different from when I read it.

Had it read how it does now I would've said nothing and with that I'm going to bow out of this thread.
