2002 f150 elecrticial issues
yea it still works, now I have no high beams and cruse (wtf) can someone please advise.

The stock size is already rated just enough over size to protect without fire danger in most cases.
The fuse you replaced operated the shift lock relay..........and feeds the mutifuntion switch for which the high beams are controlled.
The same fuse powers the brake pedal position switch and the brake pressure sensor circuit that also is the Cruise Control tripout function.
You can see the relationship already.
You need to find the cause of excess current draw or risk losing the truck to fire with a larger fuse in place.
First place I would look is pull the plug on the brake pressure sensor.
There is a factory recall for this because of fire at anytime even in the middle of the night just setting.
If it is the problem, leave it disconnected until the dealer fix it applied. You will have no CC until it's fixed.
If that is not the problem go next to the brake pedal switch and look it over for a problem.
