Help with fuses

My 93 f150 4.9 4x4 lost brake lights I pulled the fuse it is not blown but inside the fuse block looks burnt this is my dd I need help please

If fuse holder for the #13 fuse is bad you can splice into the light green wire with a red stripe going to the brake on/off switch wire with an inline fuse holder with a 15 amp fuse. Also leave the #13 fuse out of the fuse panel.
