I've never messed with a warped clutch disk before new or used, it's
never been an issue even used all sorts of junky looking disks in dune
buggies too. Slapped in which ever one looked best at the time and go.
That little bit of warp-age cause all the trouble the OP's been having? :)
Cool videos, P, the first one was way better than the second one tho. ;)

The inner and outer pilot bearing hole business threw me until I saw
your picture (thanks) and realized it was just your way of describing it
and there really wasn't an inner and outer pilot hole. LOL :)
And your picture brought up another point... is Rockauto's data base
messed up on the 460's pilot bearing outer diameter? :/

ps- Wow went back and read this thread from the start, I'm into too
many threads on too many forums I guess. :/ Anyway, cool thread! :)
And BTW a T18 only weighs 150 pounds is a T19 ~10 more pounds? ;)
Disc was bent a bit. Whoops. I have it driveable now, albeit the pedal must be just about to the boards for the clutch to release, and that's with the rod adjusted 'tight'.
In any event. I realized something. I hate the T19. In fact, i feel like I'm driving a small school bus. The 5.11 first gear even with 3.25:1 rear is pretty much unusable, and the splits are a bit much for me.

Anyone considering this, you need to use a mid mount shifter, unless you keep your bench all the way back and never move it forward.. then you could probably get away with the rear mount shifter flipped.
I think my fan club here dissipated since I dropped the T19, lol.
In any case.
I used an 88-98 Chevy C/K Hurst shifter stick
This is in 2nd gear.
A litttttttle close to the seat (all the way back, btw) but it works. Comfortable to shift and drive.
3rd gear.
You could possible use the other S10 stick, which is the same height, but not as much 'lean back', but, boom, here it is. I need another transmission floor pan, as I have a thin street sign covering the now-swiss-cheesed panel.
LOL. The TKO-500 is rated for 500 ft lbs. In a 2wd street truck like mine with street tires, I think I'll be fine, it just spins anyway. Gear splits with the TKO are 3.27 1.97 1.34 1.00 0.68. Much more usable for my use, IMO.. I'd have done a T5 originally, but....... yeah. I have a T19 on Craigslist if anyone is local to me, lol.
Went up and down the street with it, shifts nice. I had some huge swap issues that I think were self inflicted. I'll post more later. Right now I need to fix this.
