Is there a difference between 360/390 dist.
Is there a difference between the 360 fe dizzy and the 390 dizzy thanks!

The 360 is the ugly twin sister of the 390. One boob sags lower than the other, but other than that, identical twins.

There might be some small differences in calibration but they will interchange.

Ok thanks, was told by PO it was a 360 ran vin off fordiacation looks like a have a 390. Did'n think there was a difference, replaced my awhile ago been having a starting issue.
John if you read this could you double check (vin on other post) my vin I read were you said there not always correct with there vin table. Thanks.

The 4th digit of the VIN is the engine code. 1968/76 F100/350: H = 390 2V / M = 390 4V (1974/76) / Y = 360 (all are 2V's).
1968/76 F100/250 4WD: The only available V8 engine was the 360.

If possible I think it was ordered with a 390 opition.
