Another VIN decoder ?
While reading thru the threads I read that the 360 c.i. was more common than the 390 c.i. engines but most buyers were told the motor was a 390. I also was told my truck had a 390 but after reading the posts regarding 360 vs. 390 I was curious. The VIN on my truck is F10HKN804558. If I read the previous posts correctly I have as follows: F10 = F100 4x2, H = 390, K = Kansas City plant, and N804558 = 1972 model yr and production #. Is this correct?
