2 bolt or 4 bolt block?

So I'm in the beginning stages of my 460 build for my truck. At my pops place there is a 2 bolt motor, but there is also like 5 4 bolt 429 blocks. For a good streetable motor that will probably see 5500 to 6000 is the two bolt good enough? What difference does the 4 bolt make?

The 4 bolt mains come into play for SUSTAINED high rpm engine speeds. For occasional bursts to 5500-6000 RPM two bolts will be okay.
