Ignition switch
Ok, will slowly start to put my truck back together slooooowly. Need to start with a new ignition switch. When I go to purchase this part, news keys involved too? What is involved to replace this thing?

take off the sterring column sleeve and push the little ball under the ignition cylinder in and pull it out....slide in the new one.....you do have to start with the key in the unlocked but not on position....dont power up the dash lights.....

Tom, I've not done this, but have attached a link to Ken's page that shows ignition switch removal. Hope this helps, and sorry to hear of your ordeal. Neuter them dirt bags.
