Flashing "off" light on shifter

I just got done putting my new rebuilt transmission in my truck around 2am. I took Marks advice and put 12 qts in it fired it up for 1 minute shut it off and then added 4 more qts. got it all warmed up checked it again and took it for a ride. Everything was great for the first couple miles. I pulled in to a gas staion so I could could check for leaks, everything checked out great, fluid was 3/4 qt low so I topped it off. Half way home the "off" light for my OD switch started flashing. The trans feels stronger than ever. Just before the light came on I got on it pretty good.... It was kinda weird how the power came on at that point. First it lagged then the turbo lit and took off like a bat outta **** then the odd part was it felt like the nitros kicked on and she was FLYING! (I dont have nitros... just saying for a lack of a better way to put it) I didnt stay in it long at all. Once the trans went back to a normal RPM the light started flashing.... ANy ideas guys?

The ONLY way to know why the light flashed is to get the codes read. Ignoring it will destroy your new transmission. Don't go to an auto parts store, they can't read transmission codes.

Thanks again mark. I hot ahold of my Trans guy and he hooked up a scanner it turns out its a bad solinoide he's going to replace it for me tonight.
One more question while I have your attention.
I have an odd kind of vibration when I'm stopped in all gears but reverse. I can hear it and feel it in the floor boards. It goes away once I get over 5-10 mph.

A vibration with the truck not moving is almost always an engine problem. That's where I'd start looking.
