2000 F550 clutch issues

I have 2000 F550 Service Truck, and I've just change my clutch release bearing and my clutch works fine when its cold and I seem to loose it when it warms up. The pedal is good , could it be that the pressure plate gets weak or is it my slave cylinder?

Does it have updated fork. Maybe when it gets hot it flexes more? Or maybe the pressure plate.

Thinking about it I doubt the fork would flex with a little heat. That sounds stupid. Maybe slave is leaking by when fluid gets hot.
