clutch pedal suddenly on floor

my clutch always grab high up like it should. but out of nowhere, i get into my truck after work yesterday, and the pedal is on the floor. it grabs as soon as you start to let off of it. lately i have also noticed my clutch randomly slipping for a few seconds while im driving, and then grabbing again back to normal. could this be a bad pressure plate? regardless, i think im going to need to do my clutch very soon. all thoughts are appreciated.

hows your fluid level? sounds like a bad slave cyclinder to me or a cracked clutch line when i did my clutch in my 1993 f150 4x4 i spent about 300 bucks and i replaced the master cyclinder, slave cyclinder, clutch, pressure plate, throw our bearing, clutch line and had the fly wheel turned so that may be an asnwer for you buddy and all my clutch parts were lifetime through Oriellys

fluid level is good. i had the clutch done about 20k miles ago. i had the flywheel turned, and the clutch pad, plate, and throw out bearing were replaced. the slave cyl was never done. if i do the slave, im gonna do the whole clutch since i have to drop the tranny anyway.

Good advise,..... a Ford OEM slave cyl. resurrected from a junkyard, will likely outlast a brand new Chi-Comm knock-off by 5 years.

Morning Robert, I just installed a clutch kit in my 93 F-350, started it up and now I have noise, sounds like a throw-out-bearing (it's new) because when the chutch is in the noise stops. What do you think I done wrong??? Thanks Everett
