Haha yeah! We were in quite the rush to get it done this weekend due to college starting back up in about 2 weeks.
It's going to be so nice to have 4x4 for the winter now.

Thank you sir. I wanted to convert mine since day one. 2 years later and here it is.
On a side note, I have got to get my tranny issues taken care of... small leak from the shift linkage shaft, pan gasket seeping a little, and looks like the dipstick tube is leaking a little also. Definitely keeping an eye on the tranny fluid every day...
My buddy Jason would be jealous. He had to sell his '96 F250 on 35's earlier this year. It looked just like your truck but a lot more beat up.
Good to know it's not that hard. I want to build a prerunner style truck from an F150 and since I'm going to swap the front I beams to get more travel anyway it doesn't matter much if I start with a 2wd or 4wd
