Anyways got my new tranny pan and fluid today... The drain plug is going to be nice for future fluid changes.
Also got a new pan gasket, filter, and tranny shift lever.
Now I just need front diff oil, and 2 more quarts of Valvoline MAX ATF, for the transfer case.
SHOULD be all done and put back together this weekend, but we'll see. Not much left to do.

And I have to pick up my brand new custom made rear driveshaft from the 4x4 shop tomorrow. Running length is 52" from center cap to center cap, with 2" of play for the slip yoke.
Haha yeah and I remember long before I even began this project seeing you posting stuff about converting to 4x4 and I'm just like "I wish I could do mine, Wes is going to make his 4x4 before I make mine 4x4". Now it's the other way around lol.
Yeah I suppose you don't want to damage your radiator again! Before I replaced my radiator support, it was totally separated from the frame mounted brackets, so it would slam up and down against the frame over every bump. So one day I just went online and ordered a new one from eBay and had my local shop install it for me (before I had access to air powered tools). Sure rode a lot better with the new one in!

I think you have your coil spring seats/sway bar end link mounts on backwards. They're directional, and if you put them on the wrong sides, the little arms will be facing farther out, making your sway bar appear shorter.

Hmm, that could be exactly why. Well thanks for the help!
I'll have to take a look at it when I go back up to finish the truck up next weekend. Stupid I didn't notice something so obvious like that...
Anyways here's the scoop on the truck, it's sitting on it's own weight now!
Everything is done except for installing front and rear driveshafts, and changing the fluid in the tranny.
Had to have a custom rear driveshaft made, since the shop wouldn't weld the two seperate driveshafts into one.

No worries man, when I did my swap, I forgot to install the front radius arm to axle beam support bracket. Didn't hurt anything, but I don't know how I didn't realize it was missing.
The truck is finally done! Just drove it home 2 hours one way tonight.
This is the only picture I have right now, I will take more probably tomorrow:
Now I only have a couple issues:
- Passenger side's Power Window is stuck down, the switch will not make it go up, and the switch is getting power because the lights dim when I press it, motor bad?
- Need to re-seal tranny pan gasket, it is seeping out of one of the corners a little bit.
- Need to find an ORIGINAL AOD Shift Linkage Lever, to replace the crappy aftermarket one that I installed.
- 4x4 light does NOT come on in dash when 4x4 is engaged.
- I need a damn alignment, and I have to hold the steering wheel about 45 degrees to the left just to go down the road straight, have to center that.
