Morning everyone. Currently working on the stratus, cannot get the CV shaft out of the transaxle. Looked up the manual, it says pry with pry bar, try that, very hard, doesn't work. Try it on the other side, works great, but not the side that needs to come out!

 

Project truck, looks like a good deal just needs completing Kyle? Tanner?

Got the stratus done, put a pickle fork on the cv shaft, whacked it with a 3lb hammer, it came out! Replaced the tie rod end, all seems well now!

 

work is done. now it is time to shower.

 

Now it's time to eat and enjoy an adult beverage.

herro! just got home from a party at my uncles and now my neighbor is lighting off like $700 worth of fireworks...the real ones from NH

oh yeah, basically anywhere but here it seems. when we go to TN every year there are firework stores like every 5 minutes on the highway lol

The funny thing about PA is that you can not be from PA to buy them. You need to show an out of state license and sign a paper saying that you are going to take them out of PA.

 

really? thats pretty strange. there is a firework store right off exit 2 of 91 in new hampshire, and my dad was saying today state police had a road check set up on the south bound enterance ramp stopping every out of state car and searching for fireworks. they take the fireworks and give you a fine!!
