im on jegs looking at mbrp mufflers and they have 4 stainless steel 3" in/dual 2.5" out, which is what i need. but i dont know what is so different about these, two are $67 and two are $103 though. hmmm
edit: the more expensive ones were t304 and the others were t409. so im down to 2... but they are both 20" long and i know this gibson is way longer, so im not sure what to do about that either. but ill wait til after i see the muffler on to decide. should i just pick one randomly? the part numbers are almost identical
no, this should be for gassers. i mean its 3" in/2.5" out so that seems like it might be too small for diesels anyways. the $67 dollar one that part number ends in 14S is on the way though... made the executive decision that 14 > 12
brendon, do you know where i can buy stainless steel exhaust tubing around here? i need a 3" diameter piece thats like 12" long with one end being slightly bigger so a piece of 3" tubing can go into it, you know
there is an exhaust place in manchester i am going to try tomorrow, but other than that im not really sure where there are any truck places. the biggest tubing ive seen at autozone/advanced/napa was 2.5" and only aluminized
Yea pops that's what I'm thinking of, the one near best buy. I was gonna do that but this way results in less clamps and pipe, Im sure one of these places will have 3" pipe
justin, what are the bushings for? and if you dealt with the tall goofy kid, he is a little light between the ears and im not surprised it didnt get ordered.
