Transmission help

I was wondering if any of ya'll could point me in the right direction. My transmission went out while traveling up 23 today; a big cloud of smoke erupted, then I had no power going to the wheels. I figure I have a couple options. Either I can have my transmission rebuilt, I can pick up a junkyard transmission, or I can buy a reman transmission. I have a 300 inline 6 with an e4od, the truck is a '94 4x4. If anyone is selling an e4od, knows of a good transmission shop, or knows where I could get a good reman, I would really appreciate it. The truck is currently in Chillicothe. Thanks.

If you plan on keeping your truck i would have yours rebuild or buy reman. The e4od was a trans that seem to go out around 120,000
