First thing Power
Do you have power from the batteries? How old are the batteries?
I would start by having the batteres tested.
You need to give as much information as possible. Do you hear the starter?

I have an alarm and a remote start. Would that have anything to do with the issue? I had recently installed a tuner package, my radio has been acting up and right before the issue my ac was not blowing cold air but it had done that before.

Next thing I would check
Do you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key?
I would start checking fuses as the next step?
Does the dash light when you turn the key? I assume yes.

Bad tune loaded up is my thoughts.
If batteries are good...I mean load tested and they were good...and you can hear the fuel pump come on upon turning the key to the on position then it points to your tune or alarm.

our 2004 did this about a year ago. truck is stock, battery was good.
truck did nothing when you turned the key. I trickle charged the battery, even swapped out the starter relay to no avail.
then there was a very faint click under the dash as i was about to give up for day 2, so i tried it again and it started like nothing happend.
i always suspected the factory anti-theft, but was never able to figure it out, and it has never done it again.

Alarm
Put the alarm in by pass mode. You should have a book on that.
