'05 Expy blend door issues...???
My wife's Expy has what I suspect is blend door issues.
When you turn the temp control to full hot or full cold there is a clicking in the dash. On full cold A/C she can still feel some heat blowing. Same with full heat she still feels some cold air.
From what I have read this is the blend door issue? I have read the posts about taking the dash apart to fix.
Is there a kit to fix? What do I need to buy before taking this thing apart?
