If it dont work go to sears and get the Bolt remover DONT get the one for the same size as the Bolt Head with the bolt being Flared Odds are it will Bottom out on the Flange before it breaks it Loose
But get the size thats Like 16mm17mm18mm19mm oone of those cant remember exact size But You need the one that will Go over the BoltHead AND Sleave or the round spacer

the turbo going to be a PIA but once you get past it Not to Bad
Soak the bolt in spray lube. Use a 6 point socket. Use the right combo of extensions to get on it straight. Sounds wrong but since the corners of the bolt are rounded already try to tighten it VERY slightly before turning it in the loosen direction. Those corners of the bolt aren't rounded yet. I just pulled mine over the weekend and used a socket and extensions, I forget the combination of extensions I used but the head of the ratchet was just inside the edge of the rocker box (valve cover). Bolt was 10mm. Good luck!
I remember cheezit posting about a fancy tool he had that was a coil that could fit over the bolt head or nut. Electromagnetic induction heating then did the rest. The part was heated to cherry red without the use of a flame and then it could be loosened.
I'll have to wait for the Harbor Freight version though
