300, 302, 351c, 351w all have the same bellhousing bolt pattern. Flywheel bolt patterns are the same for those engines also but the 300 is balanced while 302, 351c, 351w has 28oz or 50oz imbalance.
Oh boy, the 351 debate again. The 351c uses the small block pattern. The 351m uses a big block pattern. The windsor is an overgrown 302, the 240-6, the 3.8 v6 (in trucks), as well as the 255-8 used the same pattern. So, pretty much anything that is not a big block, small six, or that has an "M" after the cid size can be used.

The 352m can be stroked out to a 400 by replacing the crank and pistons. The rods are the same. I forgot to mention, though, that no other flywheel will fit the 300-6, aside from a few exceptions: a racing flywheel or flexplate, for a 302, that says it is for an internally balanced engine will work. Also, the 289 shares the same bolt pattern for the bell.
But, if you can't find a 300 specific flywheel, just have one of the other flywheels that fit brought to a neutral imbalance at the machine shop when you have it turned.
