A/C recirculate problem

A/C recirculate problem
I just bought my EX recently with no A/C working. I had the A/C fixed this past Friday. The A/C is working but it didn't seem like it was blowing as much as other vehicles I've had. I noticed today that there wasn't any change between having the recirculate button on or off.
Is there something I can check that would prevent the recirculate from switching on? Fuse, something not plugged in?
