well Id say stop driving it lets take all numbers in Park leave the Tunner Off while you take Numbers
Just make shure the numbers are taken exactly like this
Truck in PARK OR NEUTRAL all times during test
ECT at 190* or close to And EOT at 185* or higher
-------------------------------------------------------------------
KOEO=Key On Engine Off =record value
Low Idel (truck idel on its own)=record value
High Idel (2500RPM)=record value
And the last set of numbers are sensor operating range. If it falls out of this range I beleive a DTC/CEL will be set.
Values below are given in this order^^^Left to right
Post them Values for each on I highlighted earlier I can give you the Ford Recomended spec for each
And pray to God something will come up

Looks like Edge gets a Little Bit of everything but leaves alot out
Like VGT% alot goes into figuring VGT% to get the Whole storey behind VGT% you need Baro MAP EBP MAF Boost to see if one of those is messing with it and still VGT could be bad and not moving the turbo veins to the right spots
But we check all sensors first that PCM will figure into VGT Position
I guess just a process of elimination

Engine Oil Temp
Its best to be upto Operating temp when sensor values are taken but not a Deal Breaker espeialy the sensors we want to see
Also Mike is mentioning Trying a VGT from a another known truck cause that best way to rule that out at home
At the Dealer leval they have a special Deal they install to check the VGT operation and make shure the VGT is Moving the Veins per spec as they command with IDS
We can kinda see it work comparing VGT numbers to Boost numbers but this no where neer the Best way and Really just a Half *** Guess as there is NO Position sensor in the VGT Valve
