How about diagnosing your problem first, BEFORE you spend money? THAT would be a smarter move. I fail to understand why you refuse to take five minutes, as well as a ratchet and 12-point 8mm socket (which is all it takes) to remove your VGT and borrow one from another fellow member's truck to try. It appears that you are now able to duplicate the symptom more readily than you were in the previous thread you started. BTW, if it does turn out to be a bad VGT, the part number from Ford is 5C3Z-6F089-BA.
Once you fix your issue, THEN start deciding on the money you want to spend on the goodies.
