Like I already said, if you can borrow a VGT from someone else's truck, that would be a start. It doesn't matter what year either, since they are all the same from 2003 on up to and including 2007. There has to be SOMEONE within your circle that has one.

Ya if I was close to you Id let you try my VGT and throw the SCanGaugeII on it to see if anything pops up
here is what your Edge CTS supposed to do
Accel Pedal Position, Barometric Pressure , Battery Voltage , Corrected Speed (03-04), Engine Coolant Temp, Engine Load, Engine Oil Pressure, Engine Oil Temp, Engine RPM, Engine Run Time, FICM Voltage , Gear with TCL, ICP Pressure , Injector Pulse Width , Intake Air Temp, Mass Air Flow , Mileage Coach, MPG Instant, MPG Average, TCC Duty Cycle, Time 0-60, Time 1/4 mile, Trans Temp, Turbo Boost , Vehicle Speed (04-07), Variable Geometry Turbo Duty Cycle
Check the Ones in bold post there values at
KOEO
Low Idel (truck Idel on its own)
High Idel (2500rpm)
Its a Start anyways something may pop up IDK

Okay, I'm lost. So what exactly is it your truck is doing? It accelerates like a turtle with a LONG delay in upshift and sets a P2263 by itself, is that correct?

If I stomp on it from a stop it blows ALOT of black smoke barly moves and then takes off

Boy I didnt see that Gauge hit over 2 psi Boost ever
IDK but if the Veins was stuck STILL would think you would get to 5-maybe 10psi Boost
are you shure thees not a MASSIVE leak somewhere in the CAC System that pushes the Boost into atmoshere

is the MAP sensor plugged in good and the tube leading to it good No Holes????????????????????????

Its like your MAP sensor is DEAD
At 1 point you had 45% or so VGT% and 0 Boost
I dont think its the VGT more the MAP sensor being the Culprit
