Metal fuel return lines?

Metal fuel return lines?
It seems like I have to replace the return fuel lines on top of my injectors every year. Has anyone ever made a metal return line system that does not need replacing?

are you using a good grade kit or one of those from pensicola diesel?
stick with dipaco or delphi and use vition o-rings and you'll be fine.
after a kit from pensicola and another kit to piece meal it,i wised up and bought this one:

been leak free ever since.so i had to pay for two trash kits,and a good one cus i didn't know any better.would have been far cheaper to buy the one good kit from the start lol. but at least i can save others the $ and trouble by passing the experience on.

o-rings:
viton 7/16 ID x 5/8 OD (you need 16,and preferably a couple spares in case you nick one or two during install)

Guess I got lucky, Oreilly took the non-viton ones out of their house brand kits they are making...got olive vitons in my kit...only 39.99...i lost type4's address so i couldnt get him to send me a kit.
