Replacing fuel lines

I have a 92 F250 7.3 IDI. I need to replace the original fuel lines. Do I need to replace with steel or can I use rubber lines??

Mine had some gasser style plastic lines. They held up great.

The injector lines must be metal. The lines going from the tank to close to the fuel pump are the ones that doesn't really matter. Mine are just snap on clips.
