Mornin' all! I hope everyone had a great weekend and the mothers all had a great Mother's Day. 
We went to visit my wife's mother and my mom, so it was nice. Then I took my wife out to dinner for her Mom's Day.
Hopefully we hear great news about the rental property app today. Fingers crossed. Yesterday I ordered a DIY battery replacement for my ancient (5th Gen - Late 2006) iPod video because I'm getting sick of it dying in like 1-1.5 hours on my rides.
So, hopefully this battery will help out. 
Hope everyone has a great Monday and a great week. Since I'm up, I guess I best start packing the house...funnnnnn. LOL

Are you relaxed & refreshed for the week? I think I am...maybe!
Mother's Day went good! We met up with Cammy, Nathan, & Athena and we went to Virginia City for an Old Time Family Photo & enjoyed some chili since they were doing the Chili cook off up there. Then we stopped by & visited a friend on the way home to wish her a Happy Mother's Day! The kids came out to the house for a nacho cassarole dinner & strawberry shortcake. Some of our "adopted into the family" friends stopped by too for a bit. So, in all.....yesterday was awesome!

Not bad at all !!!
Great Monday for all of FTE !!! Yes this weekend was just fine a good mix of workin on the truck, surveying the local yard/garage sales and a Sunday BBQ .
Yes it was warm/hot lower 90's
but it was a dry heat... humidity was 3% and the dew point was 04*
Vegas is forecast to hit 100* today (sorry Mat) and out here we are usually cooler by a few degrees Have a safe day !!! Dave

It's all good, Dave. It's going to show up one time or another.
Well, we got the good news just a bit ago. We got approved for our new rental house. :-) Now we are going to have to have a "moving party" on the morning of Saturday, May 26th. LOL
That's going to be our moving day. I'll be moving most of the stuff (boxes and stuff) on Friday with my truck, if we can get our keys early in the morning on that day, but then we'll move the bigger furniture and stuff on the morning of the 26th (Sat) with the U-haul truck we're renting. Hopefully a few of our friends and relatives can show up to help us out and get it done faster. I hate moving, but the more people we can get to come over, the faster we can get it done and before the heat hits as well. That's why we are starting at 8:30am. LOL
Anyway, we're excited that our app got accepted and that we get to move in a couple of weeks. Now for packing up all our crap this week! LOL
