On my SCab there are two torx bolts to loosen and then you can adjust it in and out,and up
and down. Sliding it in will give a tighter closure. Trial and error till you get it right.

Door latch post on rear door of Super Cab. Must be something simlar on door jam of
CC and Reg Cab.

Costa, just soapy water and tube pulled in easy?

Also feels like solid foam in weatherstrip near where front door/back door meet on my supercab. How are you guys handling this? Cut a slot and remove?

Soapy water worked well for me. Cant help you on the supercab door seals.
