19 gallon Aftermarket #'s

Tank 80-84 = F6A
Sender 73-84(?) = FG74A

You should be able to find these at a decent price locally.
Yeah, I noticed that they are different. If it is the single tube version it should have only 2 prongs if I'm thinking correctly but the connector could be much different.

Jeremy, my 86 is Canadian built, according to what the dealer told me when I bought it in 1994, all crewcabs at that time were built in Windsor Ontario. Guy I used to work with thought it was funny, his Nissan was built in TN, and my Ford was an "import".

Windsor? Look at the 11th digit of your trucks VIN for the assembly plant code. I'll betcha it's a C if your truck was assembled in Canada

C = All 1968/79 Crew Cabs were assembled at the Oakville Ontario Truck Assembly Plant, so the the same thing holds true through at least 1989.

I don't mean to contradict you Bill, but Ontario is in Canada.

Oakville was the truck plant in Ontario. Windsor, Ontario was the engine plant...

No **** Sherlock, that's what I just said. I've driven past the place. so I know where it is. Today the plant assembles Edge's, Flex's and the rebadged Lincoln versions.

There's also Ontario CA, where FoMoCo has a parts depot center.

Where did I say Oakville Ontario wasn't in Canada? The whole gist of the post was that Windsor, Ontario Canada wasn't here 85lebaron2's truck was assembled, but in Oakville, Ontario Canada.

Some peeps cannot see the forest thru the trees.
