Leaky water pump

My water pump seems to be leaking at the lower hose connection on the water pump. Is there an O ring in there I can replace or do I need to replace the whole water pump?
I'm getting ready to do a coolant flush anyways so anything else I should do?

Usually if they leak, they are bad.

You have one or more problems. Check where the leak is actually from. The coolant can leak from the weep hole and run down to the lower radiator hose, or it could actually be the radiator hose.

The weep hole is on the bottom side of the main pump shaft, it should be dry.

To answer the question, no, there isn't a O ring in the connection of the lower radiator hose to the water pump, just a hose clamp.

I would bet it's leaking out the weep hole and it is ending up on that lower rad hose... That's what mine did... But you could also see the coolant dripping right down the front cover...

There is an o ring on the inlet tube. But I suspect its time for another pump.
