I am certain it is only scewing datalog data and gauge readings. This sounds like the Original owners way of keeping the voltage code from popping up. Looks like the boost reading are still off though. With stock injectors the 80e should be reading 25-28psi. 30psi would be closer to the 120 race. We've seen 35, but that's pushing it with the diaphram.
I will ask Jody what he thinks when he gets home.

What bothers me is I don't think my HPOP could deliver 30 PSI. I was glancing at my boost gauge when I saw that number, but I still have to peruse the data to determine what's going on. When I had the ups replaced, the mechanic said my turbo looked good - like it might have had some work done before I bought it. The previous owner did two hack-mods (cheesy tube on red line and grounded MAP signal) and one proper mod - the AIS. I wonder about the turbo.

Boost is controlled by fuel and the wastegate. You will run out of air before fuel with bigger injectors. With stock injectors you will run out of fuel before air.
If I may correct myself and say we've seen 35 psi of boost on Stock injectors in the 120 Race. If you are getting anything close to 30 in the 80e you are good.

Here's a video I made before I fixed the MAP sensor. It's premature to be difinitive, but I think I'm seeing a jump in economy.
