Transmision problem??

Has anyone experienced a bucking and kicking in their transmission when accelerating

Yeah when I get on the gas right around 45 mph with a slight grade it feels like the tranny but its a misfire. I am only at about 85k on the truck but I tow often and work the truck so its about that time for plugs for me here soon.
