spark plug change

so i finaly did it. I changed them today it took 4 hours i used the impact method while hot. broke only one plug and of course it was number 8 and was a pain to brake the cermaic and electrode to use the tool to get the rest out. now that is behind me i feel relived and have a pice of mind.
and by they way it is a 2006 with 115000 miles on it

No they aren't it just helps with keeping the plugs from not breaking. The impact does put constant pressure so it turns it slowly to begin with to help break them free without snapping them in two.
