It's Monday, so let's get out there & make the best of it!

I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter weekend. Today starts the 1st day of spring break for my kids & I'm already wishing it was next Monday! We're not even up an hour, & Karl starts in on Kaedon & me. He keeps his chit up...he can spend all day in his room! It's going to be a long fricken week!!!

Mat great pictures... I was going to go to that event and meet up with some friends who came from Ca. I nixed the idea at the last min. because of Easter Holiday ...oh well,next time.

Mornin' Donna, Dave, Gerry, Bruce and the rest of the gang!

How is everyone this mornin'? Hopefully doing well. Thanks for the compliments on my photography. My wife likes to go to pin-up stuff and that includes rockabilly stuff. She likes to shoot pin-up models and stuff from that era, so we try and go to it every year. I'm trying to see if we can get media creds to shoot the Rockabilly Rod Reunion that comes to LVMS at the end of May. It's not as big as Viva Las Vegas (at least it wasn't last year), but it's still fun.

This year there were MANY more ladies and guys dressed up in period clothing/hair styles than there were last year. I think it's because they dropped the price of the car show event by $10 this year. I'm glad because it gave me much more to shoot. My wife did an awesome job taking pics too. I would post hers up, but they are on her FB page and it's private, so I can't link it. She doesn't seem to have time to update her photography page like I do. Maybe I'll try and do that later today and put them up on her main site and then link them here if you all would like to see them. Most times I think she shoots better than I do, but of course she says no. LOL I have been shooting cars much longer than her, but then again, I've always been into muscle cars and car shows and bike shows and such, so I'm used to shooting them. But she can definitely hold her own and always seems to take more interesting shots than I do.

Anyway, I guess I need to get off my duff and get stuff done for the day. Thanks again for the compliments and I hope everyone has a great day!

Yesterday I brought a load home from storage. So, now I get to go through it. Oh Joy!
Today's garbage day, so I'll have 2 trash cans available to toss stuff out. Atleast once that's done, I can go get another load & hopefully it'll be the last of it & one less bill to pay!
