It always frustrates me how horrible the folks out here drive in the rain...I realize they don't get much practice...but driving out here in the rain is like driving anywhere else during the FIRST snow event each year...thankfully peeps in snow areas mostly learn after that first snow how to drive in snow...but it amazes me how folks out here don't ever seem to learn...denial I think!
