Yes, Bobby was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Sunrise was for that matter. I have X-plan pricing, but he beat that slightly right out of the gate. No negotiating required.

Thanks Marc. Pretty soon we both have to go to class to learn how to use Sync. I managed to make a phone call using it. That's probably all I will ever care about.

Felt it here at the jobsite in Irvine....was a baby. We have excavators and cranes that shake the ground more when they move around....

So many myopic Laker fans on the interwebs trying to make it sound like Harden ran his head into Artest's elbow. No way was that accidental. Now the dummy is probably going to be suspended for at least a portion of the playoffs.
