starting to have concerns about my 64' 4x4 above
1.main frame height about 1" taller than my 64 f250 2wd parts truck
2. the steering box is a lot bigger
3. are all f250 4x4 frames bigger?
4. but dry fit the fenders, doors, and hood all seem to fit good?

Look at the VIN that's actually stamped on top of the RF framerail, see if it matches the VIN you posted. You'll probably have to do some scrubbing to find it.

544110 = 1964, assembled May 1964, edited into post 6.
The original front AXLE ID tag was under one of the bolts that retains the inspection cover to the housing. Many are missing by now.
Ditto for the Spicer/Dana rear AXLE ID tag.
The TRANS ID tag was originally bolted to the right side of the case. Many are missing by now.
2WD's do not use the same frames as 4WD's.
C3TZ-3504-S .. Steering Gearbox / 1963/65 F100/250 4WD / 1963/66 F350 / 1966 F250 4WD.
There is no listing for #1 upholstery color, except for F500/1100's.
