So do you mean that you put on aftermarket wheels and took off stock? If so, give it time the light will come on and remind you everytime you start your truck. The TPMS ferry didnt come and put sensors in. (as I had hoped)
If you put stockers back on, sounds like the TPMS is working correctly.
I bought the truck used. It had large tires and wheels on it. The tires and wheels were like new. I wanted to go back to stock wheels and tires. My neighbor had stock wheels 2008 truck but worn out tires. He wanted larger wheels and tires. He put new tires on his wheels and we swapped. I did not have a light on with the after-market wheels and still do not with the stock wheels. I thought I would have to get something reprogrammed to match the stock wheels I put back on.
SSSSSSHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! They will hear you. Sounds like you've been lucky. Did the aftermarket wheels it came with have the sensors installed? Any sensor issues with the nieghbor now or before?
I'm not sure if there were sensors on the after-market wheels. The dealer I bought it from said they had put the wheels and tires on because they were having trouble selling the truck. I wonder if they disabled the TPMS. My neighbor does not have a light on but he dosen't have a light on at start up either. His build date is 03/07 so I'm thinking his truck didn't have TPMS.
