By using the 'Productivity Screen', you go to 'Settings'>'Vehicle'>'Oil Life Reset' where you can choose to set the oil life at 100%, 90%...etc. Initially the truck will already have 100% selected. Just simply select another value, say 90%, and then go back and select 100% again. It will reset your oil life gauge back to 100%.
Its kind of dumb the way Ford configured this setting, and it takes me a while to remember how to do it each time I change my oil.
I will have to sticky this thread, because I know I will forget how to do it by the next oil change. Now if I only knew what parameters Ford uses to measure oil life....since it allows you to start the oil life at less than 100%. GM only allows you to reset back to 100%.
