Should I route the rear end wiring through the firewall as depicted in the photos, or are there better options? The trucks wiring harnesses were removed when I took possession, so with this universal kit, I am kind of in the dark on wire routing.
As mentioned; I currently have the engine compartment wiring; coil, starter oil P, temp, etc. coming through the firewall and turn right or left as you see it. The rear lighting, fuel gauge, etc wiring turns straight down to the frame, and follows the inner frame to it’s final end behind the cab. out back. Lastly, the headlights horn etc route straight to the grille via the inner frame. Of note: the two silver headed bolts to the right on the truck, seen to your left, are the mount bolts for the fuse panel.
It warrants mention that what I cherish most in life; are home plumbing and automotive wiring. So with with a smile, I begin. Notice where I placed the fuse panel. I assume (hopefully) that it’s location will not impact future upgrades and I am always open for suggestions of a better way. With the economy in the toilet, the government printing money like it’s free and my retirement savings taking big hits, I reluctantly decided to purchase a cheaper 21 circuit universal wiring harness this time. Having successfully wired an earlier project, it’s not a problem in and of itself as I knew going in that much of the vehicle specific kit would need to follow. These are hard times.

I don't have a picture with the wrap finished at the grommet, but this gives a good idea of what it looks like.

It appears as though some of the responses to my Build Thread are still going to ERZMOE's 1956 F100 Clone build thread.. So sorry, however, very grateful for the support you and the extend team provides.
