yeah Jim ,lots of surface rust....not a lot of inside sheet metal ....original plywood on floor and also wood support structure for side walls...I can save it

adding L bend steel in corners (same guage as original frame) of interior bed framing
trailer fenders bonded to panel sides increasing body stability
2 sheets of 3/4 inch plytanium tongue and groove split in center... entire floor is 3/8 inch from body...then silicone is used as buffer between floor and body...when cured it became a flexible seal that also adds strength to body side bracing.
wood is just for looks now
fenders are ready for wide tires if need be I will be using 15 inch thins all around
