Installed FRx, truck wont start

I hate to make you do extra work, but it's hard to tell if the spring is seated properly when you are trying to install it with the fuel bowl still attached to the HPOP reservoir. It's somewhat difficult to explain, but if you take the bowl off to install it you can see how it can get hung up wrong in there. Check all of your sensor connections, and if they are right, I'd try pulling the bowl and putting the fpr on with the port vertical as opposed to horizontal (how it is with fuel bowl still installed).
I'm really stuck here. Luckily I have another car to commute in, but I need the truck on Saturday to help my dad out.
Thanks everyone.

Even if the spring was installed wrong, it would cause excess pressure, not no pressure.

Yes, all lights come on and go off as normal. Tach shows about 600 RPM while cranking.
Awesome offer! PM sent.
OEM, from Clay. This is what I was thinking too with regard to the FRx. Something else has gone wrong, but I just can't figure out what I did.

Thanks Ken!
A HUGE thanks to Ken (woodnthings)! He came out to my house tonight with his AE and got it running again. It took a while, AE was acting a little weird, but we ended up putting a new CPS in it. It still wouldn't turn over, but we figured my little 6 amp battery charger just wasn't enough. It took hooking up to both my car and tractor to get enough juice to start. I'll be buying a new battery charger this weekend. Ken is a great guy, and really know a lot about these trucks. I learned a lot from him and all of my digging around this week.
Thanks Ken and FTE.

CPS, nice and simple. Good job Ken. I wonder though...did you remove the a/c bracket when you installed the FRx? Possible wiring damage as it run along that bracket. Just another thought that I didn't consider with the installation of an FRx, maybe the wiring got pinched...who knows. Glad it's going, I just like knowing the issue is fully resolved.
What led to the CPS? Was there no tach signal to the PCM?

Thanks Josh!
The truck was acting a little weird. Power wasn't stable and I believe the biggest problem was low voltage. We charged the batteries for awhile and while taking data found no Engine RPM signal with AE. I brought spare CPS & ICP sensors with me just in case.
Swapped the CPS out (had a parts store CPS in it) to the recall grey one. While doing this noticed that I was getting shocked when I touched the engine block and suspension (little tingly ones). The truck was parked perpendicular under high tension power lines. I took my meter and stuck one end into the ground and the other end onto a ground on the truck. I was getting 28 VAC shown on the meter. . We decided to use the tractor to pull the truck out from under the lines to eliminate any of that having an effect on the problem.
As Josh mentioned, we ended up hooking the car and his tractor up to the truck to get her alive!
It was really great meeting Josh and working on his truck. It was a good night and everything worked out well!

Like Ken said, it was just acting weird. The tach was coming up when we cranked it over, but then AE wasn't getting RPM info and wouldn't stay connected after each start attempt. Ken had to reconfigure it every time.
I learned that I NEED to get an AE though. I wouldn't have suspected the CPS without that extra info. Send your reps Kens way!
