wont start

2000 F250 6 speed 180K

I just got the truck back from ford after they installed a PCM and IDM
I drove the truck home, it ran good.
Today i go to start it up, I notice the "Wait to start" dont light up. i wait a few sec turns over just fine but wont start/fire.
I also notice the "check Engine" light doesnt come on either when have just the key turned over.
FYI the return hose on the over flow was broken and sprayed under the hood on the passenger side of the truck. I forgot it was broken.
any ideas on what i should check?

It could just be bad timing and the fuel bowl heater went bad.

Check fuse 19 I think in the fuse box under the hood. It is one of the large maxi fuses. There are not that many. If it is blown, unplug the fuel heater on the fuel filter housing. You can take the one out of the trailer tow battery charge to get it to the store to get it going if you need to.

the bowl heater would make the " wait to start" not illuminate?

Fuel bowl heater is on same circuit as the pcm. When fuse goes, pcm does not power fuel pump, wts light etc. so the starter will turn but has no power from ecm.
